Remote Online Notarization

Remote Online Notarization, or RON, is the use of audio/visual technology to complete a notarial act when the principal is not in the same physical location as the notary public.

After booking your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation on-screen and via email with a link to your virtual session.

If you have any additional signers or witnesses, reply to said email with their names and email addresses.

During your meeting, you will need to show the notary your ID and physically sign your documents on camera.

(Please have your document printed and completely filled out before the meeting.)

Lastly, scan & email the physically signed document to your notary.

Once received, we will notarize the document and you'll receive an email with access to the final copy.

Electronic Notarization

An Electronic Notarization is a notarial act performed by an electronic notary public using his or her electronic seal and electronic signature on electronic documents.

After booking your appointment, you'll need to email us your unsigned documents.

Once obtained, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you have any additional signers or witnesses, reply to said email with their names and email addresses.

During the session, you will need to verify your ID and electronically sign your documents.

Once all signers have signed, the notary will place their electronic seal on the document(s).

All signers will receive the final notarized copy via email once it is complete.

Apostille Service

Standard & Expedited Processing

An Apostille is an authentication of a public document issued pursuant to the 1961 Hague Convention abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents. It ensures that public documents issued in one signatory country will be recognized as valid in another signatory country.

After booking your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email requesting some additional information.

If required, you will meet with a notary to show ID and physically sign your documents on camera.

(Please have your ID ready and your document printed before the meeting.)

Email your signed documents to admin@lawsonenterprises.co so that we can double-check it for accuracy.

Lastly, mail your physical documents to the address provided in your apostille confirmation email.

Once we receive your document(s), we will proceed with the apostille process.

If your return address is in the US, we will ship your final package to you FREE of charge
